More on Lacy retirement!

I don't think Kessler got anything near that for his last fight! Haussler wil get about 440 grand fighting Kessler for a title fight (in Germany where boxing actually sells tickets without DLH showing up). Calzaghe only got about 1mil for fighting Lacy!

 

550k$ ?!? It's a problem of $$$ ? Mormeck fought Bell or Haye for 200-250k$ for example. And what about the journeymen who fought Lacy for 20k$ ? They took risks to pad his record... Lacy took the beating of his life against Calzaghe and he does not like his sport again that's all.

**** i wouldn't give the guy above 250k. Lacy hasn't shown anything good after and in the Joe Calzaghe fight. And Lacy needs Taylor more than Taylor needs him.

 

I agree, at this point, Lacy needs to get back on the map. At least Taylor gave a damn good account of himself against Pavlik. I think that`s damn good money, and at this point. Lacy needs to prove that he si still a viable player in the sport.
