Shame the Miller fight fell through, he took hellacious shots from Dubois for 10 rounds. Would've been interesting to see how Wardley's power would've affected him.
Miller's ability to soak up punishment is really something. I think Wardley might have got to him eventually though.
I think one punch power goes slightly to Dubois, who seems to put a bit more of his weight into his OH right and braces his legs a bit wider similar to Hasim Rahman back in the day. Wardley has much more spiteful hands in combination though, and a bit more speed and snap. In a fight you'd be hard pressed to tell a difference in power being deployed.
That says much more about Hrgovic's chin than Dubois's power. Wardley hasn't fought anyone with a proven chin.
Sure, but the only person who's ever dropped Hrgovic is historically hard puncher Zhang, and even that was a bit of a weird cuffing KD from which he recovered quickly. I don't think failing to drop/clean KO people who've never been dropped/clean KO'ed like Miller and Hrgovic (who both have proven strong chins) tells us that Dubois isn't a hard puncher, let alone that Wardley is a harder one.
To be fair Hrgovic took some monster punches from Zhang, he may be a lazy fighter but he's got a solid chin.
