Cunningham is nearly 32 and has been fighting pro for 8 years. Not really what I'd label a 'prospect'.
Same as always, when the discussion falls on European boxers - overrated by Euros - underrated by Americans. When the talk falls on US boxers though - they are all overrated - even if they are great.
to me cunningham is proven, dawson still has a few question marks, only over his chin, not his abilty. adamek was lethargic that night and could not get off and the 2 dawson defenses were against fighters outside top 100 johnson is the perfect barometer to tell us where he is, as he has faced everyone and we can relate dawson`s performance to woods/tarver/etc etc.
How you can say HAYE IS OVERRATED. He has proven him self as CW so give him a chance to prove him self as a HW. People are optimistic because he has talent.
Maybe its because after a good win over a decent guy in macca, the board was awash with threads on how he will KO in a round or two wlad, pov and all the top boys,he himself has called the current main man a coward and useless, not the best thing to do,fair plays if he really thinks that, but i had more respect for him before he came out with that trash talk, leave that **** to the yanks david for ****s sake,or you could make yourself look right stupid, let your fists do the talking first
how could a fighter with 19 ko's out of 20 wins be overrated? a guy who has knocked out his last 2 opponents to unify the division. wladimir sore clit needs to take some tips of what a real champ should fight like.
I would say Haye, mainly because he has yet to fight a named heavy yet people are talking as though all he has to do is turn up against Wlad.
I would say Haye is more overrated, since I haven´t seen ppl on here claim this and that about Abraham that is blown totally out of proportion. Both are skilled fighters, and it´s not impossible for both of them to do very good in the future.
