I think Julian "The Hawk" Jackson had better one punch power whereas GGG has to have the right angle and combo.

    Your thoughts?

They both hit extremely hard. Golovkin seems to have more thudding power. And Jackson seems to generate more stinger power.

Jackson hit harder. GGG's power is legit but it's compliment by accuracy

In the sense that Jackson's power short circuits the brain and shuts off your conscious yes I agree.

But raw power I give to Golovkin. His shots thud. He has the power that shakes every bone in your body. His shots to the body are just absurd. You can feel the pain from the TV.

You might feel agonizing pain when GGG hits you. However, you'd feel no pain when Jackson hit you, because you'd be out and unconscious as soon as his glove touched.

Jackson had one punch power. GGG' power is legit, but it's more about "volume" with him.

What's stinger power? He knocked guys out flat on their face or back...when has GGG ever done that?

Certainly a fair assessment, Jackson's fast twitch fibers gave him that "lights out" effect while I would assume if a study was conducted of average PSI GGG might have a slight advantage.

True, Jackson did have lots of one punch KOs. Did he drop guys to the body though like GGG does?

He did that to numerous guys in Europe. He did that to Macklin, Geale, Osuma.

The proof is in the pudding.

Jackson knocked out people cold with 1 punch.

Golovkin stuns his opponents with combinations, but they always get right back up, as if they fell down to get away from the punches but not unconscious.

Jackson hit much harder with more concussive force. Jackson would have put Brook, Wade, and Monroe to sleep.
