    :good

The moderators obviously won't admit it, but they have a bias with anything negative towards Manny. They won't stand for it for whatever reason:huh...only thing I can think of is they are fans of Pacquiao's and they get butthurt when someone posts some totally negative **** towards em.

Why would Arum be saying he wanted the 4th fight in May...As I recall it was Floyd who would make the NEXT excuse...it wasn't..it was Team Pacquiao and that excuse was JMM 4:rofl:rofl:rofl

I finally checked out episode 6 of Freddie Roach

this one has the fight and when they leave the ring and are in the hall way by the dressing room when they are away from everybody it appears as if Manny isnt so convinced if he really won or not and Roach seems to be consoling him and convincing him they did it

The entire corner in the last 3 rounds indicates they felt well behind, the post fight body language and behavior til the announcing suggest they thought they lost

on the other hand it could just be disappointment in not delivering to the fullest and being down about not shining,, this was his first hiccup after a long streak of victories and dominations

Actually the 3rd fight ( majority dec. ) was the most convincing win for Pacquiao. The 1st one was a draw and the 2nd was split dec. .:deal

How things get distorted... What was a close controversial and disputed fight has become a total one sided blowout for Marquez and the biggest robbery in history if you go by what is posted here on a daily basis.

Sure Pac was disappointed after the bell. He wanted, trained for, and was SUPPOSED to blow Marquez out of the ring and end all controversy. Instead he knew right then that it was another close fight well below his expectations. Doesn't necessarily mean he thought he lost in any way shape or form and to say otherwise is just blind hating.

Almost everyone watching that fight went in with that same expectation. Combine that with a hugely pro Marques live crowd and personally that is why I believe a lot of close rounds were gifted to Marquez in peoples eyes because he simply was fighting his ass off and performing FAR beyond expectations. Even though he was landing generally less punches and doing less damage.

That's my opinion of the fight having watched it 3 full times now and turning off all bias (though I like both guys anyway). All credit to Marquez for being up for this fight, but I didn't think he did enough to take the titles. Disagree if you want, but it was a close fight either way and there is not ever going to be any sort of "proof" that Pac believe he lost.

I have heard that one before, but I have never seen any source for it. I have kind of hard to believe Arum openly bragging about bribing the judges. Might be an Interet rumour.

What a wonderfully thought out and articulated counter point!

Among neutral (non-Mexican and non-Filipino) experts who provided their scorecards, 48 scored the bout for Marquez, 44 scored the bout for Pacquiao, and approximately three dozen scored it a draw.

That's pretty much the epitome of a close controversial fight. Sorry if those opposing opinions hurt you somehow.

This thread was so necessary. Thank you for this proof. I don't know what boxing would be without it.

Actually we would hear a lot less from "*******s" or "*****s" if posts like this weren't put up every day to troll people. I've been on this board for over 8 years, and if you want to blame anyone, it's people like the OP of this thread here that have killed ESB.
