Do you think you are the only one who has boxed? If all it took was hitting an oversized bag to increase power everyone would be using one! Ali had one it didn't do much for his power just f*cked up his hands!

What does boxing experience have to do with it? I think you're a tad jealous. You have no reason to be, what little I have done in the sport is pretty unimpressive.

Oversized bag? Yeah and powerlifters lift oversized weights. Everyone should be progressively increasing the size of the bag they are using in order to increase punching power. Provided that's the goal of their training at that time on the heavy bag.

It's pretty simple. If you wanted to get a bench press higher than 100 lbs would you continue to just bench press 100 lbs or would you increase the weight? Adapting to more resistance equals more strength. What was the point of Marciano using a 300 lb bag if not to improve punching power?

Why should I be jealous of you ?What have you done that I should be envious of? I repeat if all it took to improve power was to punch an oversized bag every fighter would use one and they don't!

I literally said not to be jealous. Do you have a reply to the rest of my post? I'll put it down here in case you forgot:

Punching power isn't strength and weightlifting isn't boxing.
I've answered it, some guys have power and some don't .That's what is pretty simple!

That doesn't address anything I've said that's just a cop out.

Break my post down and disprove it if you're so confident you're right.

Yeah now you can name all the experts that agree with you.
You're on a thread about the power comparison between Tua and Marciano and you believe Walcott hit harder than Louis? That automatically disqualifies you from the thread and calls into serious doubt your credibility as a poster on the subject of boxing et al.

    Argument from authority. Fallacious logic.

You're saying "I have a world view and if you don't agree with that then you're wrong". When was the last time you changed a political opinion?

Was Abe Simon lying when he said that Walcott hit harder than Louis? Yes or No will suffice.

This is my last response to you because you are stubborn/stupid or both .Simon said Walcott hit HIM harder than Louis did that does not equate to the same thing as saying he hit HARDER. Now I'm gone .

That makes no gotdamn sense. Louis beat on Simon for 19 rounds Walcott got knocked out in 6. How the hell do you suppose that Walcott hit him harder than Louis? You saying that in 19 rounds of punishment Louis didn't hit Simon with one of his hardest punches but Walcott did in 6? That's bull**** and you know it.
