More Respected: Abner Mares or Saul Alvarez?

Just checking to see which Mexican warrior gets more respect on ESB.

Both.

 

Mares has accomplished more but I personally think Alvares is the better all round fighter

 

Both are hated on, Mexicans don't care we on top putos.

 

Mares has one of the best resumes nowdays (Perez-Agbeko-Darchinyan-Morel)....Canelo's best win was against a faded Sugar Shane

 

Both guys are pretty respected for the most part. Canelo is WAAY more known, so that will affect things surely.

 

Not even close: Mares deserve far more respect for his much better resume. However, Canelo seems to get respect for doing virtually nothing of note besides win titles over blown up JWWs/WWs and/or shot-to-**** fighters.

 

Mares lost all respect when blow blowed Agbeko and got away with it.

 

Abner Mares deserves more respect, he isn't really a big name but he has beat some top class fighters, and will be fighting another one tomorrow in Moreno.

 

fans of both guys and hope both have great careers. But in terms of respect? Mares easily. Saul needs to build his resume.
