If Floyd was a stock he'd be falling faster than BP stock. As much as Money Mayweather likes talking about the money he's made, legacy and where he currently stands compared to other fighters IS important to him. And all his claims have been weakened... Which of these two garners the #1 spot on somebody's list is not that significant. Until they meet, it's subjective, largely a matter of opinion. What IS significant is that this move makes it plain for any who were in doubt that most objective observers believe that Floyd is responsible for the failure of this fight to materialize.
