More successful as a pro: Audley Harrison or David Price

    Serious thread.

    Both were very successful amateurs, Audley won Olympic gold and Price won bronze medal.

    Both failed at pros.

    Surely Price KO'd Audley in 1, but that was 41 y.o. and shot Harrison.

    Audley on the other hand won European HW title (which Price failed to do it the fight vs Teper) and challenged for the WBA HW title

    So you vote and explain your pick

    Price actually was considered top dog at HW in Britain, even above Fury, and in a better era than Audley. AH simply never beat anyone remotely decent, whereas Price has.

    Well Audley beat Danny Williams, Michael Sprott and Dereck Rossy, surely they weren't world beaters but still...

    Harrison. But Price could change that if he were to win a euro title and beat someone like Molina.

    Harrison and Price still have a rematch to go.. and Harrison and Vitali are exactly the same age etc..


    I only say because Harrison is currently 3-0..
