More talented fighter: Zab Judah or Chad Dawson

I'd say Judah by a hair. He seemed to possess a bit more natural speed. But Dawson is a beast also.

 

Judah was clearly the more physically gifted of the two. Dawson possesses the better technical skills and boxing technique.

 

Judah more physically for his weight class, however dawson is exceptional skill wise and not far behind physically....Dirrell is more talented then both...word

we aren't talking resume, we are talking pure talent. Not many have more than Zab. If you count mental makeup as a talent then that drops him down some.

 

Judah. no matter what you think of him

 

Judah could really have been a special fighter (despite his glass jaw) but sadly he was a mental midget and a disgrace.

 

The book is just about closed for Zab and all that potential was thrown under the bridge. Dawson still has a chance to make the kind of impact that few have the talent and ability to do. He needs to rematch Hopkins and stop him then clean up that mess with Pascal and drop Cloud and if need be take on the winner of Froch vs Ward. Bute might get thrown in there the day he faces a someone with a pulse.

 

Dawson, better boxer, way more disciplined and smarter in the ring

Judah good power and gifts but not the better boxer and he makes mistakes and cant close a fight

Dawson had two oh **** moments first tiring vs Johnson and second mailing it in vs Pascal

Judah had quite a few

Judah, and honestly i dont even think he has a glass jaw. He just freezes up when he gets hit because of how much of a quitter and excuse maker he is.
