Hello First of all, sorry for my bad english. What routine can i do in the morning? I do sprint/interval routine but can i add something? Because in the morning i have empty gym only for me . In the evening i do shadow boxing, mits work, couple of bags rounds and short strenght routine (2 times week). Or maybe can i do heavy bag rounds after interval routine in the morning and in the evening focus more on mitts work and strenght training?
