Morrison v.s Purrity in 94

Pretty fun fight if you haven't watched it. I don't remember seeing Purrity hurt like he was in the 3rd after Morrison nailed him with that perfectly timed left hook. It almost looked like the ropes held him up.

Say what you want about Purrity. That dude was TOUGH and had a chin of iron. Never was dropped in his career. And Tommy was a puncher and a half!:bbb

Yeah man. Some of these older, less known fights are fun to watch. This particular clip doesn't show the last rounds. But they can be found easy. Morrison was pacing around the ring awaiting the decision. LOL! He was nervous. Rightfully called a draw in my opinion. The Duke could crack and Purrity was tough as nails.

 

Well to be fair Wladimir was actually boxing his ears off for 90% of the fight. but gassed out and got TKO'd. It was his first loss. But again showed what kind of a granite chin Purrity had. He also stood up to some bombs from Vitali too. Corrie Sanders and Rahman couldn't drop Purrity either! Guy was a tank. Lol

The Duke came the closest to dropping him I think. That Left Hook in the 3rd was wicked and timed perfect. From the angle showed it almost looked like a hookercut if you know what I mean. Normal Human Beings don't stay upright after that. Lol

Still, I think the hook Tommy dropped Rudduck with was his best. It looked like he actually put Rudduck OUT, ASLEEP, and the impact Razor hit the deck with woke him up! Lol
