I don't see that happening, Mosley is a professional, he trains hard and comes to fight. Berto is going to be even with Shane for about four rounds, maybe even do better than him, but he'll get sloppy and Mosley will take every oppurtunity and knock him out late. Everytime I see Berto fight he gets more and more open as the fight goes on and eventually has almost no defence.

There is the off chance that Shane is lacklustre due to not getting the big fights that he wants and doesn't focus as hard on Berto. He's also 38 and hasn't fought in a year, but after watching him against Margo I'm going to put that under unlikely.

It'll be good to see Shane back in the ring. If he's going to keep fighting for another few years I don't think he should have another lay-off like this one.

I remember before the Margarito fight he said that Berto would actually be a tougher fight for him, which is interesting. I think his reasons were that Berto is fast, explosive and doesn't really follow a strategy. I think he viewed the latter as a positive for Berto because it means he's unpredictable.

I'll take Shane by stoppage though - even at this stage of his career he has enough speed and he's Berto's superior in every other catergory.

Too smart, too experienced, too good.

Mosley has been reborn with naz richardson in his corner. I can't see berto going 12 rds with sugar shane. Mosley stoppage rds 9-11.

Can't see anything but a Mosley win in this fight as the outcome...
Then again this is "Boxing" styles make fight's ect... + physics.

That said, Mosley should steam roll Berto.
(Would also make a great stage for the REAL Berto to stand up? But nah.... Mosley by K.O.)

If Mosley losses it is because of his age. He should win it.
