What are your predictions if those two huge punches would have landed on Manny instead of Floyd.

I dont want to, but i do think it would be the end of the gravy train for Manny.

Not saying they will land tho, but IF?!

I honestly think he'd take them. He'd be stunned/rocked, but I don't think he'd go down or out. His legs are absolutely ****ing huge and he can absorb a lot of a punch with them I think. Let's not forget he took a few counter left-hooks from Cotto with no trouble, and punches from Margarito aswell.

Question is, would pac have tied mosley up? If he didn't who knows what would happen.

He'd take them, Cotto and Margarito gave Pac good shots, but he just walked right through it..

Don't know... maybe he would have gone out, maybe he would have gone down, maybe he would have done a silly dance like Floyd, maybe he would have took it and KO'd Shane with a counter... You never know.
Maybe the answer is in their fight.

The little ******* would have came right back, and blasted Shane...Until Shane stopped punching!
This guy has taken huge punches, had huge wars, and has taken good punches from people bigger than him. He took massive shots against Marquez because he wasn't that skilled at the time, and would RUN in to Marquez's big shots.
Cotto hit him with some good ones, and stunned Pac, and Pac comes right back. We all seen what Margarito did to Cotto, and even Mosley had to HOLD Margarito like crazy to tire him out, or stop his momentum. Pac didn't need to run or hold, if Margarito hit him with a good one, Pac hit him with 10 good ones.

His legs are beastly, his chin is very durable, and he's taken a massive amount of punishment against certain fighters and walked through it. Mosley would have stunned him a bit I'm sure, but hurt, or not Pac would have came right back. That's what you got to love about the guy. Doesn't care if he's up 10 rounds if somebody is getting the best of him he's going to get the best of them by throwing punches back!

I believe the 2nd right hand landed on Mayweather was significantly harder than the first. The first did nothing but stun Mayweather in my opinion, after watching it a couple times...I don't believe he was too troubled by it. But the 2nd right had him in big trouble.

If the 2nd right hand landed on Pacquiao...who knows. I can't remember him taking a harder shot from anyone since his move to Welter. But saying that, he has taken the big shots that have landed quite well.

Pacquiao's chin is better than Mayweather's.

But with Mosley's titanic power, you just don't know how the other person will react. Regardless of how durable the chin is, Mosley's bombs can easily make it crumble. I think Pacquiao will be hurt, but he will try his best not to show it. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him sprawled on the canvas. He's a much smaller guy, and Mosley's power will be the most devestating he'd have ever felt.

It will also depend in which round Mosley catches him. The early rounds - where Mosley will be most fresh - I'd be shitting myself. But later on when he's tired and his punches lose snap, Pacquiao will have little to worry about.

Pac might be able to take it. His chin is really absurdly good considering his move up to WW.

Although Pac can be hurt to the head, but mainly by punches he doesn't see. The last time i've seen him stunned or hurt to the head was Marquez in the first and second fight. I believe Linares also had Pac in a little trouble at one point during their fight.

A better question maybe, what if he lands considerably more than 1 or 2 of those type punches, as he might do?

BTW anyone saying 'he took Margarito and Cotto's punches' well thats true but sparring partners say Mosley hits considerably harder than both

Despite the second one hurting Floyd more, I actually remember thinking the first punch had more power behind it. It seemed like Mosley had the space and time to charge and put more venom into it. Whereas the second one, he was closer to Floyd and the power was only generated through the swing of his arm. The damage was then enhanced by it being a temple shot, which of course knocked Floyd’s equilibrium all over the place.

I’m only going off memory, though. I haven’t looked at those two moments in a long time, so I'm probably way off. But one thing I do recall clearly, is what I felt during those instances. It was incredible. I honestly thought Mosley had done it. He spotted the window Nazim was talking about, and he broke through it!

Good point, I don't think he would have had the wherewithall to tie him up like Mayweather did.
