Justis Huni Kubrat Pulev Filip Hrgovic Otto Wallin ( If he beats Chisora) Which of the above has the biggest chance against Itauma?
If Moses wins the WBO "interim" belt, is the Pulev fight going to be a unification for the WBA "regular" belt, too. If yes, then why the hell isn't Parker and Dubois for the IBF and WBO "interim" belts?
No way to know Hrgovics mental state. That being said I want to see how he looks and fights first, but a focused, dialed in Hrgovic would be a nightmare. Hrgovic took a beating from Dubois fists along with numerous Dubois headbutts and still didn't go down.
Right. Hrgovic took a hellacious beating against Dubois. And the Zhang fight was pretty hard, too. Some guys never fully come back from those, physically or mentally. Assuming he's fine, I think people are wrongly dismissing Hrgovic at the moment. He's a tough out, as they say.
In order from hardest to easiest for Itauma I'd say: 1. Hrgovic - I'm not sure how much Hrgovic has left in him but he is tough, fairly experienced but also possibly somewhat young in terms of miles and has underrated talent, more talent than Whyte - Hrgovic is genuinely good. I think it would be a very very risky fight for Itauma ATM. Unless his heart and will has gone and does not fancy a potential war, I could see Hrgovic winning this one. 2. Huni - He has more to prove than Hrgovic but I don't think he is as good talent wise and has less power than Hrgovic. Huni defo won't come to lose. However, I don't think Huni has quite enough in his arsenal to beat Itauma. I think Itauma can probably better Lerena's efforts against Huni, plus Lerena is also a southpaw which gave Huni problems. But, Huni is slightly more experienced in the long-run, as well as his amateur background which does help him, as this could be like Dubois V Joyce. Fair play to both fighters if it happens, a very risky fight for both at this stage in their careers. A big step up for both. 3. Wallin - Had a hard time picking between Pulev and Wallin for last place. Wallin for me is quite similar to McKean except that he is a bit better but to me Wallin is a pretty standard boxer - like a slightly better version of McKean in a way, and I just can't see Wallin troubling Itauma enough. There isn't really anything about him. If he does well against Chisora then my opinion will change as that is a very tough fight for Wallin. 4. Pulev - he is technically better than Huni, maybe on par or a bit more than Hrgovic, and is awkward but he is pretty faded and his chin will crack at somepoint.
Hrgovic would be the only challenge due to his insane durability. The other 3 get demolished quickly.
Except Pulev it’s better not to underestimate any of these opponents. Pulev gets destroyed though. Hrgovic is the most dangerous. I feel like Wallin is a banana peel for anyone if he has a good night.
