I think she'd worked an MVP show before and made it about herself

I did see her tongue slip into his ear canal....

 

I'd like to see Jolly with a full camp behind him, seems like he can throw em but his fundamentals could use some work. Good showing from a fairly unknown fighter though.

 

Refs scoring 8 rounders is bull****. Fine for 4 round debut fights but no accountability here.

 

I only caught from round 5 and thought Vianello took 6,7 & 8. Jolly probably won 5 as Guido looked gassed and shaky, though he still scored a few sneaky shots.

 

Terrible how? She didn't let them wrestle **** around for 8 rounds. And when they did actually fight on the inside, she let them do it, and even instructed them to continue fighting instead of holding.
Also, Jolly was fouling a lot: turning Guido, leaning his own head too low, wrestling, rabbit punches, leading with the head... he even intentionally threw Guido to the canvas. Like, what the **** was she supposed to do?

 

Imagine Howard Foster scoring a fight.... chill inducing.

 

If it was my fighter in there with that referee, I'd get kicked into the locker room real fast Norman Stone style.

She's too far from the action aswell. So she'll scream "stop boxing' then the fighters need to wait for her to arrive and then she does her traffic cop routine and 45 seconds later the action continues.

 

She is just too small to referee heavyweights, and she isn't a great judge, but she is a good referee.

 

Naseem Hamed has not aged gracefully - he looks terrible.
