Why would a real fighter not take it?Atleast for the sake of the fans and the sport, here is Shane willing to take a random blood test regardless of his infamous BALCO issue now what would you call Floyd asking Shane for the same type of test?Pacquiao sure is using PED's and no one would change my opinion Pac is on that stuffs,Folyd would have schooled Pac tho.

Why wouldn't you accept a simple drug test for several millions of $?

Whatever Manny's reason is the answer to your question. For a million dollars, they can test me everyday for a year.

Shane would tie one of his hands during the fight if Floyd ask him to. He just wants the big payday.

Shane would do anything to fight Floyd. He was even willing to go down in weight to fight PAC, remember? Besides, he is not in a position to bargain....

Pac isn't on PEDs and no one ever really thought he was on PEDs. The fight's going to happen. No one is talking boxing unless it's in regards to the Pac/PBF fight because of this whole issue. Now, when it actually goes down, Pac will have wiped out another top Welter and PBF will be the lineal WW champion, so that, and the claim for top p4p will be on the line. It also makes it look like there's actual beef between the two because now they have history - just masterful promoting.

According to Teddy Atlas's inside source, and I am paraphrasing, someone from Pacquiao's camp sent a couple of emails to Mayweather's camp asking what would be the penalty if Pacquiao tested positive for PEDS. The second email stated, if Pacquiao did test positive for PEDS, could we (Pacquiao and Mayweather's camp) keep this a secret for the benefit of boxing.
