 how do you figure that one? he has lost both rematches he fought in...mind you, against excellent opposition in Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright but still, he came up short.

I do however think Mosley, since his last fight and with Nazeem as his trainer, is a threat to anyone and will pose a more difficult challenge for Cotto (from the last time they met) if they were to fight again

shane looked good against margo but by the time these fights happen{cotto2-clottey} i think he will be over the hill imo no matter how good he looked against margo ....i never thought once that cotto beat mosley easily i thought the fight could have went either way....i think shane looked terriable against maroyga and he just put on the performance of his life against margarito ...so i would have to go with another COTTO UD and as for clottey im uncertaint

he had been out of the picture for almost 4 months now..too bad, he really never got hurt in his last fight. i would love to see him fight thrice this year..but it's been the trend that top fighters fight only twice a year unlike in the 1990s when the elite boxers fight thrice a year

I tend to hope Mosley would beat Cotto in the rematch. I had him winning the first fight. But I honestly think Cotto is a pretty tough style match for Mosley, in the sense that Cotto has great ring generalship and knows how to keep Mosley from doing his typical "in out in out" style.

I think Mosley beats Clottey, though, specifically due to that in-out style. Clottey's style is kinda similar to Winky Wright's, but Wright is a lot bigger a guy naturally.

Amazing...cotto outboxes the so called better boxer at times he has a game and determined mosely looking desperate wing wild right hands yet he's now the underdog in a rematch?? God forbid you support miguel as your labled a"nutthugger" I like to call it sound recognition. Sure shane has the nutz and bolts...power,speed, durability as his advantages but cotto has the technical ability to soundly counter and outbox shane. I'm a cotto fan no doubt but I can't help him in his current situation its more than apparent that the boxing public is flimsy, one mis-step and your demoted vulnerable and exposed. Cotto need to get on his job and re-establish himself as an elite fighter all this bashing needs to be ceased but he's gonna have to do it himself.

Cotto won that Shane fight. I had it tied but can definitely see how Cotto could be given the decision. But to make it seem like he won easily and completely outclassed Shane is a bull**** lie. Nothing of the sort happened.

And anyway, once he gets in the ring with Joshua, all of this Cotto elite talk will cease. Can't ****in wait.

Cotto's no god...but his ability to be put through the fire only adds to his allure. I was hooked on boxing because of terry norris so I know all about pain and dissapointment
