    to be ATG you have to beat other all time greats. That is why Sugar Ray Leonard ranks so high, although he had only 40 fights.

    Mosley is barely a hall of famer ... he's won titles in 3 weight classes but has yet to beat a prime fighter.

    He beat DLH twice and got his claim to fame from that ... he hasn't had many marquee fights.

    His biggest wins are against DLH and Margarito ...

    The other fights that he shouldve won - he lost.

    He's not a top 100 fighter ... he's a hall of famer but he didn't do it by smashing top guys ... he got it off beating DLH.
