What makes you think he challenged twice without being on the juice? :think

No matter how many times he challenged nothing would bridge the gap in talent between himself and Roy Jones, even if Jones was a clean athlete :patsch

Do you have reading comprehension problems?:lol::lol::rofl:patsch

The juice can only help in those vital fractions to enhance performance. The steroids obviously help fighters but no amount of steroids could bridge the gap between Richard Hall and Roy Jones just like no amount of juice could make you competitive in a bare knuckle fight with myself :deal

am I missing something here...if they made no difference why the fook would they be taking them ??? I get the point that roids would not enhance skill but they certainly well give you a huge advantage in stamina through training harder and longer.

look at Moseley during the period in question and then look at him later on and tell me that his engine was not radically different....and no its not all about age.

im a huge pac fan but he looks like his tank is half full, that Bradley performance seemed flat compared to his previous work rate ?

How can we have proof when he probably didn't even get tested in those fights? :nut

We know that you already believe that Roy chose to juice only once in his entire career and that was for the Richard Hall fight . . . right?

Jones looked at Hall and thought, 'you know what, for this fight and this fight only i'm gonna juice because Richard Hall is some kind of monster that makes all my other previous opponents look mediocre, I need some extra help just for this fight':lol::rofl:patsch :yep

it did little to nothing, people need to get off that juice stuff. those guys fight like that in the ams. they were always physically athletic people even when there were kids. i dont think there juiced when there were kids.

Roy was a one of a kind fighter with or without steroids.. I honestly don't think they played too much into the way he fought.. Roids didn't get Toney, Hall, or Tarver (first time) a win against Roy, assuming they were all juicing... I can't think of any fight in Roy's career that he would not have won with out steroids..

Fact of the matter is too, that most of it is speculation anyways.. I think it frustrates people that the ripped fuel story can not be PROVEN to be false.

Even though use is common in the pros...and the ams for that matter...it is true that natural ability will always be the base for how great an athlete will ultimately be. Peds undoubtedly help, but Chris Arreola isn't going to morph into Lennox Lewis by using them. Someone with C level ability could use them and work hard...which is required to receive their full benefit. ....and potentially be able to compete with and maybe beat B level guys. They enhance, not create.

Do you believe Jones' freakish athletic ability and reflexes were natural?
