Mosley/Berto possible for 1/24

The rumor was started by Dibella after Berto weighed in a couple pounds under 147 for the Forbes fight. Berto put the rumor to rest himself by saying 147 is where all the big fights are at and that's where he wants to be. He did say if he had to he could make 140 but has no intentions of doing so.

 

I think Berto has the youth, skill, power and speed to really give the older Sugar Shane some trouble and probably defeat the old legendary vet. I can't see Williams stopping Margarito early, middle or late. I think The Punisher and The Tijuana Tornado are the two best welters at the moment. Hopefully they can grab all the WW belts then fight for all the marbles in a HUGE super show. That would b something else.

 

Mosley-Berto is intriguing, BUT I would absolutely LOVE to see a Cotto-Berto matchup. I think they both are evenly matched in terms of speed, power and youth. Heart? Let's find out!

 

Berto's gonna make Mosley look old as **** in the ring with him......he's gonna lose by a wide decision

but Berto's chin'll get put to the test in this one......sounds like a good fight, maybe even a FOTY candidate

 

It would be an unforgettable night of boxing for true fans - Williams and Margo are perfectly matched and Berto against Shane would be very interesting to test either fighter, Andre on his way up in class and Shane on his last spell on the biggest stage. I personally think it would be Margo UD12 Williams and Mosley close UD12 Berto.
