Before he retired, yeah. The 146 lbs killed all respect I had for him. Then steroid accusations. Then mosley wasn't worth fighting. Then the RA interview. The guy is just a horrible sports figure. He needs a loss to humble his out of control ego.
nah a boxing fan would enjoy just that BOXING...not what the fighters do outside the ring....your a fan or certain fighters....to me...i enjoy pac floyd mosley but not bhop hatton and etc...not because anything they do outside the ring but what they do in the ring.
Who am I a fan of? No one on this forum can pigeon hole me. I like all of boxing, and I take boxer's for their word. If they contradict themselves and lie, I will ****ing hate them. Like any human who lies for self benefit over and over.
It's more aimed at the guys who defend floyd regardless of what he does. I am personally targeted by every floyd fanatic as some horrid poster who loves manny pacquiao, so I make them face the shortcomings of floyd. Obviously floyd will never read a word I say, but I definitely hold a man to his word. If he says he is the best boxer to ever put on a pair of gloves, he better do more than beat up a guy 2 weight divisions below him.
Sorry... You bitches are too late. :yep This chant has already been taken... :smoke http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?p=5896050#post5896050
understanable..but to Floyd's credit he tried to fight cotto hatton and mosley when he was still comming up....all had their reasons....im not saying he should get a pass now but im not saying that he should now bend over backwards to fight these fighters either because in the past they werent trying to fight him either.
I've never been a fan. But the back and forth momentum BS for Pac/Floyd fanatics gets irritating. And to be honest I've felt more of a need to be slightly on Floyd's side just because of how extreme the other side is. That being said, you said something about the interviews as something you didn't like. It's not like those have changed just recently. The RA Interview exposed something to you? I thought it was a great source of entertainment. I wish Floyd challenged himself, and I think sometimes people forget the pattern that he has ducked and dodged or taking the "easy route." So he doesn't have a lot of credibility. But if he takes this fight then Floyd's taking a big chance and coming out the winner at least more favorably than Pac does in regards to the recent opposition. I guess these same re-occurrence have worn you out with Floyd. Of course he's not a very good sports figure (Upon whatever interpretation that may be). But it's not like this is a new thing. I guess he just wore you out. But it's quite funny how you jump on these guys when you were a fan at one point. Floyd has been doing this for a few years now. I've come to be used to it. So I set my standards lower for him.
