right for Oscar he pocketed over 20 and that was a tough fight at 154...the reward and risk were on par. Mosley is by far the toughest fight out there for Floyd and i want to see it however im merely stating the facts as to why Floyd would feel it isnt worth it period...i agree with him from a business stand point....probally one of the hardest fights will make him Blado numbers...see what im saying.....business wise...GOBBAGE.....boxing fan wise...great fight i wanna see it....so i understand what Floyd was saying.
Floyd will probably make over $20 mill against Mosley. Expect that fight to do well over 1 mill PPV buys. Again, Pac is the only fighter that would net Floyd a bigger payday. Mosley is the second biggest payday out there, the second best fighter in a p4p sense that Floyd can fight out there, and arguably the first or second best WW that he can fight. There is no knocking Floyd for this fight.
Yes, they're quite different people. I love the last part. I'm conflicted on who to root for. On one hand, personally I like Mosley more and would want him to win... but Pac vs Floyd could be the biggest mega fight since Hagler vs Leonard. Either way, I want to see it. And if the fight happens, people should give Floyd credit. And I don't mean... the why give a man credit for doing what he SHOULD. I mean he should have people lay off since he did the right thing. At least the hate would be less deserved if he signs to fight.
**** all that Money and figures ****, that's the reason boxing is all corrupt. Just fight the best, It would be nice to see Pac get his ass beat and Floyd take a beating from Mosley. After the Bull**** we got from them, I hope they both lose so they can fight each other to try to get back on top. Mosley Bomaye!!! In all honesty, Mayweather should be able to take a decision. Mosley is going to have to implement Naz gameplan to perfection to have a chance. I think they should of got a last minute substitution for Berto. Just to keep Mosley active, hell his last fight was a year ago. Send some of the sales to Haiti. Mosley could still fight Mayweather in May.
Cheering for Mosley, but maybe he's getting up there in years now. The Margarito win was entertaining and great, but if you look at Mosley's last few fights, overall, it was showing that he's not like the Shane Mosley of old.
