Mosley-Cotto or Mayweather-Hatton...Which is the better fight?

Mosley/Cotto will be more explosive, but PBF/Hatton will probably surprise many with the amount of action...both will be great fights and it sets up an even bigger fight if the winners face each other...

 

haha Do you know anything about boxing? As if Hatton is going to tire by the 5th round. That is possibly the stupidest prediction I have heard yet. He is a very fit fighter and for the biggest fight in his career will come in tremendous shape. Mayweather couldn't put pressure on Baldomir, how will he do it to Hatton?

 

In Hatton's last two fights that went the distance he did seem to tire, so it isn't out of the question that it could happen in this fight. In the Baldo/Mayweather fight it didn't make any sense for Mayweather to put pressure on Baldo. Floyd had the clear speed advantage and Baldo has a great chin.

In terms of action Cotto vs Mosley will be the better fight. But in terms of history Mayweather vs Hatton will be remembered longer.

Discussing the technicalities, Cotto vs Mosley may draw more attention cause it is quite unforeeable whether Miguel's sheer willpower and inherent strength will weigh down a somehow lethargic 35 year older man or Shane's trademark lightning swift, subtle movements will freeze Cotto's bonfire and engender a cascade of events that cannot be predicted or controlled by him. Mayweather vs Hatton seems simply a case of whether Floyd's super-intelligent consciousness and level of self control can set aside, outwit & take over Ricky's fast paced aggressive, rough tactics. Not being a fortune teller, I can only mention that it's not the weapons that matter so much as the man who wields the weapons...
