true, but if mosley beats floyd/floyd gets injured where does that leave oscar-floyd...biggest ppv ever etc (or whatever it is) might never have happened, i think mosley was under orders to step aside personally imho

All I got to say about this is if Floyd wants Mosely, well he's got the oppurtunity now. Sadly, he won't becuase he knows Mosely would embarrass him. He had a better shot against Pacquiao as he was smaller. Now his little roid scare backfired and he's looking pretty stupid. IF he was "so money" as he claims, he would have never started this BS. Let the truth show itself fight night and beat the guy the anyway. Mosely did it that way with Margarito.

I disagree completely.. I think Mosley would be the much easier opponent. When you are a defensive/counter puncher like Mayweather it is a lot easier to fight against a conventional boxer. Pacquiao throws more punches, and punches from all different angles, these punches are much more difficult to pick off. Mayweather would have an easier time against Mosley IMO. Mosley also stays in the pocket allowing Mayweather to counter.

For the record, either is a serious threat. Pac's threat is the relentless speed he brings. If De La Hoya could have kept his pace up the way Pac did, Mayweather would not be undefeated today. Mosely, unless age has finally caught him, is dangerously skilled. I agree with you about him staying in the pocket. He did that with Cotto.

True I just feel pacquiaos work rate and punches from crazy angles is more of a threat than mosley's size and power.

^^to every boxing fan who dislikes mayweather yes...they want to believe that floyd is scared of the top fighters at ww, which is exactly the reason he came back to fight the top guys...he took time off, and to those who dont like him they see that a man letting his body recuperate is 'ducking' other fighters...just give it some time, he will fight shane, he hopefully will fight pac, he'll move up and fight a big name, and then once he does it people will still try to discredit him.
