I can't understand this?? Mosley/GBP desperately chasing a Mosley vs. Pacquiao fight and they won't match Mosley vs. JMM ?? Very confusing ??

You already heard Mosley, he only wants big fights from this time on against PBF, or JMM or PAC...

Mosley's best chance for this to happen is Pac lose and Floyd wins. If both Pac and Mayweather win they will push for a showdown. Another possibility could be Pac retiring after winning leaving him with Floyd or Cotto. Marquez is too small for Mosley, so I can't see that getting pushed.

Mosley needs to say fuk it and face off with the guys he's got in front of him. He needs to stay busy.

The easiest but still beneficial fight would be Berto. Mosley just too big, strong, and experienced.

Next we have a somewhat more difficult fight in Clottey. He would just outwork him and I think those powerful combos could eventually break Clottey down.

Williams the most difficult fight for him. Which I see as even. A real war probably make a classic.

Why would GBP deny Mosley a megafight against PBF?? Mosley is a GBP boxer and GBP part owner... Mosley is already very desperate to have a megafight... I think GBP will symphatize with Mosley...

Right after the PBF-JMM fight in September, GBP can easily make a Mosley fight against the winner and not wait anymore for 2 more months for the result of the November Top Rank PAC-Cotto fight...

It's not GBP making the final call. It will be Floyd, and I'm pretty sure the reason he came back was because he felt Pac was stealing his glory. The main thing you've heard talked about was Pac-Floyd even from Floyds camp.

Why else would they announce this fight on the eve of the Pac-Hatton showdown. I think they were trying to get Pac to wait for the winner of this matchup initially but it didn't work out for them.

I feel Mpsley is probably 2 fights out from getting a shot at either top dog. This upcoming Pac-Cotto fight was his best shot at getting anything mega within the next year. Unfortunately for him, Arum and Pac kept it inhouse.

Floyd is in close relationship with GBP... Floyd can't say no to GBP after GBP giving him megafights after megafights in DelaHoya, then Hatton, then JMM... Floyd can't reject a GBP offer to fight Mosley next right after JMM...

I know Floyd supposedly has a 5 fight deal. But he still "promotes" himself for what that's worth. I think his first choice will be Pac followed by Mosley and Cotto right behind him.

So I still believe the best way for this to happen is for either to lose. For Mosleys sake preferably Pac.

Honestly though there's plenty of time even if he's next in line. He needs to get himself in the mix. An impressive win over Berto, Clottey, or Williams wil make a fight much easier for him to obtain.

Mosley vs the winner of Mayweather-JMM would put Pacquiao and Top Rank in a position they don't expect to find themselves in. But I think Pacquaio brings too much money to the table to be frozen out by Golden Boy. If Pacquaio beats Cotto he'll fight one of the three aforementioned fighters and if Pacquaio calls they will come running, he's simply too big of a cash cow for anyone who fights him.

A couple side notes. No way should Mosley sit out until early 2010 for his next fight. He's getting too old to be taking a year to a year and a half off between fights. But I'm not sure who he fights next due to most of the welterweights being tied up for the rest of the year except Clottey and Williams. It will be interesting to see what Mosley does. I also don't see Pacquaio retiring after his next fight. He's in his prime and is a money generating machine and he and the people around him know this. I fully expect to see Pacquiao fighting several times a year for the next 2-3 years.

I think Berto is as ready as he will ever be. I also think it would be a better fight to watch than a PBF, Marquez, and Pacqiuao match up

JMM should fight Manny or Valero or Campbell at 140.

Mosley should fight PBF at 147.
