Yeah aight...Shane throws hard body punches wherever he may land them...Floyd throws precise blows where they hurt when they land so your right we'll definitely see the difference the surprise is when Shane's backing up because he can't take it to the body any more.

Mosley needs a reality check if he genuinely thinks he can outbox Mayweather.

If he does go into this one trying to outbox him then he will lose a UD by at least 9-3.

And Chavez is Castillo's idol and we all saw the problems JLC gave Floyd in the first fight.

While I won't argue with this, you left out one very important quality, which is ring IQ. Floyd is simply miles ahead of Shane when it comes to ring-smarts.

Shane relies on his physical attributes to win fights. The fighter Shane has beaten, he has beaten because he also held tremendous physical advantages over them. He has been stronger, faster, and longer. Even against DLH, probably his best wins, he had advantages in handspeed, reach, and power. He has never beaten a fighter that he could not overpower with a combination of those three, and he has shown that he can be frustrated when he cannot use those physical traits to impose his dominance as against Winky and Forrest, and even against Cotto, who took all three away with accurate counterpunching and movement.

Floyd has shown adaptability in the ring. He has found ways to win when his initial strategy doesn't hold up. Shane has not shown that ability. The fights he wins and the fights he loses are all fought the same way.

That's just Mosley talking to the press. I'm sure his game plan is not to try and always out box Floyd.

I don't really know how Sugar Shane can pull this one off.

Sure whatever you say Shane.:-( This is the same Shane who was beat to the punch all night long by Cotto. The same Mosley who had no answer for Cotto's jab despite having a huge reach advantage over Cotto. This is the same Mosley who had no answer for Cotto's movement. This is the Shane Mosley who can't make adjustments and can't deal with boxers. Mosley will be in for the shock of his life when PBF hits him at will and has him turning all over the place.:deal

mosley fought cotto with the wrong game plan, back then cotto was known as a come forward pressure fighter, he tried to outbox cotto, he didn't expect cotto to box.

Oh but i do...and its stupid to compare men to dogs...its funny that people underestimate what Floyd is going to do to Shane I call it like I see it every time he's going to stop Shane.

    The body work will show.

I agree. Never under estimate a good JAB to the body. It doesn't look like much but it works wonders for Floyd in every fight. I don't think this will be a fight that Shane lands many body shots in, it won't be a war. Shane may back him up to the ropes early on, but he won't do it for 12 rounds

Yea Floyd is a more intelligent fighter, or a much more patient fighter..Shane does want the fight and exchanges.. I know it was only one fight, but against Marg that was the most composed and smartest Mosley I've ever seen. He did alot of holding, something I didn't like but he did what he needed to.

Shane does hold all the physical advantages over Floyd which he has held over previous victims... Floyd won't enjoy the same benefits he almost always has... No reach, only slight speed, and the host of others I've mentioned...If this was Hopkins in there with Mosley I'd say Shane is done, but Floyd won't hold those kind of advantages..Different styles, but two men in my eyes equally good...

Shane doesn't have a prayer of outboxing PBF. Horrible strategy if that's really it.
