Here's the absurdity of your mindset:

Frazier was 14 rounds of abuse to his entire body. Cooper could make a case, but Shavers badly shook Ali up in the first round and he was just cringing with every punch that landed on him. We are also talking about "strength of the punch", not necessarily the best punch. Its not always the strongest that earns the knockdown. When Shavers connected anywhere on somebody, you could just see the pain on these guy's faces.
