Mosley Leaves Mayweather Behind: Looks To Mora, Berto

To be honest, it's a credit to Mosley that he has gone as far as he has, following a series of 6 bouts, spanning 2002/3/4, which included 4 losses, 1 No Contest and a disputed decision in the OdlH rematch.

Following this, a lot of people were writing him off and, again, after the Cotto defeat and more so following a lacklustre performance against Mayorga. The victory over Margarito surprised a lot of people and to many, myself included, this was his Last Hurrah! How many comebacks can a guy not called Bernard Hopkins, at age 39 make?

Mosley should leave boxing behind and retire.

 

Wasnt Vernon coming off a long layoff? Not to mention he has always had shoulder problems so he could have just had a bad performance.

 

Mosley will never be at the top again. Its not that he lost to Mayweather, is how he looked in the loss. He was out of gas from the fourth on. Unless he just overtrained he dosen't have the stamina to go twelve hard rounds.

Sergio iz slick wit fast hands nd he's da bigger man. VernonRIP was a huge welterweight. I thought ForrestRIP would beat PTP. SSM been on da decline. Berto would say g'nite 2 SSM if Shane can't go 12 strong wit the bigger Mora.

 

I just think Mora is a terrible match up for him. Shane could lose this fight, we will see what he has left.

 

I hope I'm wrong, but I have a bad feeling about Mosely/Mora.
