Both fighters look in great shape. Mosley looks a lot better than he did for mayorga. Looking forward to a great fight. Mosley UD for mine.

Bro, I box and I know about the pounds and I know but this weight thing is getting completely out of hand fam.

Its being used to discredit a fighter and believe me the only solution to the weight argument would be to weigh them in on fight night but as this is not going to happen then people on here seriously need to stop using it as an excuse to take away a mans hard work because if Cotto kicked the **** out of Margo then would this weight thing be such a big talking point ???

I really doubt it, everyone would have just said Margo was not ready for the bigtime, no weight talk would of been brought to the surface but because he wins, everyone comes out to find any way to discredit the win.

you got to remember that when that fight was announced it was like music to my ears and alot of other true fight fans ears too because this is why we love the sport.

Real fights being made, not just money spinners or Hollywood match ups that have all the fancy build up but fail to deliver, this fight did not even need any hype, the fight spoke for itself.

So when we all talk about Margarito, people really do need to ease off with this weight ting coz its getting to the point of being completely pointless...

Save the fake Jamican act for someone who doesn't know better.:rasta
Margo has a great skill in draining weight much like Williams. I guess you have to give them credit for it. Not many can do it in the pro game much easier to do as an AM.

If weight is pointless, then why dont PBF & AM agree to fight eachother at 147 on fight night?

Thinking about this fight in a different way. Shane stands his ground and likes to fight. Nobody ever really got the best of him toe to toe except Winky. Vernon/Cotto beat him by boxing. When Shane and ODH fought whenever ODH stood his ground Shane got the best. Margarito does not look as confident as usual. And I think Shane is the stronger man physically. But I cant see him keeping a sustained attack unless he finds a way to get to the body. **** the head. Just crack them ribs when Margdorito opens up.

Some ppl are gonna say SSM was shot & old & thats why AM picked him instead of fighting PW, you already know how it is.

If that were to be the case then we would have to see what would happen but I never said it did not matter I said that people need to stop using weight to discredit a win because the fighters in the ring still have to perform.

Weight matters in the sense of when ODH fought PAC because in all honesty most people used the weight drained issue to discredit PAC's win but I think its unfair to use that to discredit the win.

ODH is the fighter going into the ring so if he gets it wrong on the night or before then he only has his camp and himself to blame.

    Pacquaio still had to perform.

If Margarito and Mayweather fought at 147 on fight night then you would need to apply that to every other historical match up in the past which fell under this subject or argument.

It wouldn't happen and if it did, as you stated before, we would only be able to share our opinion after the fight took place.

If Mayweather and Margarito fought now and Margarito won would everyone start to use the weight card against Margarito ?

I mean is this what it has come down to with all these pointless weight arguments floating around...

Shane fights in bursts, something will give at some point in this fight and when Shane is looking to take those breathers that is when Margo will be all over him.

I see Mosley getting assaulted from round 5 onwards. His ribs and solar plexus are going to get cracked real good...

Well, if AM wins, everyone is gonna say he won because of size!

Unless he gets to Margaritos body early. You can back him off with a good body shot.

The difference is that Margarito is'nt campaigning or pretending to be the best at 154 lbs.......Mayweather has made his mainstay at welter for the last few years.......only going up to 154 lbs once to fight Oldie DLH!

Run Pimp run.......A TORNADO IS COMING!:yikes

Nobody gives a **** about the 5-6 margowhores on this site. They are the ones completely full of **** and excuses. They cried robbery when PW beat his one dimensional ass. There is no hope.
