I suspect he is only that good (at least at the present time) and I agree it shouldn't be too difficult. If he stops him it will have some meaning at least.

He's barely half as good as we're being told

Reckon baldomir is a decent test for alvarez considering what he's had in the past. I suspect he's totally gone so chances of him winning are virtual zero but it gives alvarez a name on his record. A shot harris is a step back for ortiz imo and a judah fight would have been a lot more appealing. Please god let mosely win cos mora does not deserve to use him as a scapegoat (like khan and marquez). i still think shane has far too much for him though to be honest

Any chance of primetime getting juanma-rafa do youse reckon? Its the type of card that may interest them and put them up against sky an magnificent seven. I'd prefer to see that fight but wouldnt complain if we got the mora/mosely undercard instead like

Pretty lame card. Not PPV worthy in the slightest.

All 3 fights are really ****, I can't muster a slight interest in any of them. I'm shocked HBO have got involved and they will broadcast it with their crew. I would hate to be an American boxing fan, £30 for a card like this is just crazy.

Thought I'd give this a bump.

With Lopez-Marquez postponed, we'll have to make do with this on the 18th after the Magnificent 7.

Also, the 4th fight that's being announced for the undercard pisses over the rest of the card. Ponce De Leon vs Escalante!!! Now that has FOTY potential :happy
