Mosley really wants that payday doesn't he! I would have doubts at Mosley being at his best anything under 145
And the right way for you is giving Cotto all the advantages. Catchweight is a means to level the playing field. You should know that Manny is not a natural welterweight, while Cotto is. Nobody was complaining when dela Hoya fought a title fight w/ Hopkins at 158. Nobody was blaming Leonard for fighting Lalonde at a catchweight. So why diss Manny who is staking his status as #1 P4P against a fighter who will only shed two pounds to make weight, as compared to Manny who is going up by 5 pounds. Why is he afraid to lay down his title? Isn't he confident of winning?
Well, its not like people are making a line to fight Mosley anyway. I honestly think a Cotto/Mosley 2 could sell even better than PAcquiao against any of them
If Pacquiao-Mosley happens, Freddy Roach will do everything he can to make sure its at 140lbs! Roach will feel it will hurt Mosley to make such a weight & maybe, to a certian extent, it would hurt him!
Pac will only fight fighters that he knows he can beat. Fighters who are washed up or damaged goods. If Mosely could knock out that god Margarito ( most of you pretended he had the chin of a god until Mosely beat the shyt of of that thing) Then why wouldnt he be able to do the same to Pac?
The man got BALLS!!! Good for Mosley, he agrees to fight pac at any catchweight and even WBA belt on the line, unlike Cotto who has rats in his chest fearing to lose his belt.
For god sake th whole Mosley being superman now is out of this hands Mosley is past his prime he was even losing the fight with a shot as hell Mayorga. Yes He beat Margarito but every figther that can take Margos punches or at least hug him when needed can bet him, Cotto already beat Mosley. Mosley a few fights back do not impress with C-, D+ clas of fighters like Cruz and Estrada. I'm not surprised if Mosley manage to lose the next fight. Mosley is still a good fighter but He is not the same and even now He is more overrated than in his prime years.
