Just like everybody else, Mosley is just giving his opinion. Nobody really knows the total truth but Mayweather's camp and Pac's camp

What you don't care to mention is 1. Oscar hadn't fought at that weight in over a decade. @. Oscar was clearly weight drained for the Pac fight.3. When Oscar and Floyd fought Oscar came in the ring at 166lbs. Floyd came in the ring at 149lbs.4.Manny came in at 149lbs when he fought Oscar. Oscar came in at 145lbs fight night against Pacquiao. If you guys want to pose as true fans actually pay attention to the sport.

didn't you hear? if you make a guy who's fought at WW most of his career come on 4 pounds above that, even after fighting at JrMW before, you're weight draining him.

I think the concern of others is not just the catchweight but more the fact that a championship fight is being fought at a catchweight.

Does anybody know if there is another championship fight prior to Cotto that was fought at a catchweight?

    plenty of them

Hopkins and De La Hoya fought for all 4 major MW titles at a catchweight.

PBF could be concerned about but, when pressed, still not believe Manny is actually doing it. That's not totally inconsistent. I suspect he thinks Manny is too good to be true for having been a flyweight. But Manny was a flyweight as a starving teenager and his weight gain, if you account only for his mature well fed years, wasn't that much different from PBF's over the years. Manny's frame is clearly now that of a strong 140er, with speed and power, making him able to beat most Welterweights.

PBF is also not a huge welter frame wise. But he has great boxing skills which allows him to fight extremely well at that weight. The test for either of these guys would be to fight a welterweight Tommy Hearns or Ray Leonard. Those guys were extremely strong natural Welterweights. Hearns KOs either PBF or Manny in short order.

You cannot expect *******s to comprehend what they read or display common sense.
