    Andre Berto Points.
People seem to forget it took Mosley 12 rounds to get Mayorga out and Margarito was tailor-made for Mosley. Berto will be as fast as Mosley in terms of hand speed and moves pretty well. Mosley's 1 year break doesn't help either.

If Berto fights like he did against Collazo (clueless about fighting inside & clueless about clutching), he loses.

Berto because he's young, fast and hungry.

Mosley by KO.. because Berto is still green and his chin is suspect.

If this is Berto's peak than he has no chance whatsoever against the elite at welterweight. He's still too incomplete as a fighter as far as I'm concerned.

so ur saying that he mosley is gonna blow him out? He is fighting arguably the best ww today in mosley..i guarantee u he makes it competitive...this fight will not be 1 sided by any means...on top of that, if berto wins i believe he is very dangerous for the pac/mayweather winner cuz he will be even more hungry once he beats a top ww

    nice post

berto over shane 115-113 is my call...

As long as the same Mosley who fought Margarito shows up, he should win. Here's a cut and paste of a post I did on another forum about the fight:

Berto showed a horrific lack of the in-fighting basics against Collazo, (and in every department of it too, from how to punch inside to how to smother an in-fighter's punches to how to push a fighter off with his shoulders or elbows to how to move back or to the side to either escape the in-fighting zone or create angles for a new attack, etc.) and what's more is that his tactics and approach were bad. For example he hurt Collazzo to the body every time he went there in the late rounds, and Collazzo would obviously cover up afterward, yet Berto immediately went back to headhunting. His corner didn't say anything about it either, which shows they're not much better than him when it comes to picking up on these things. If Berto needs to make adjustments during the fight, I doubt he'll be able to.

Shane is deadly at mid-range and closer, so he'll be strongest where Berto is weakest. Their handspeed is comparable so I don't think there should be a major advantage there, unless Mosley slows himself down by reverting to loading up on his shots and winging big overhand rights. Berto's biggest advantage will be in footspeed and movement; Shane's feet have looked increasingly awkward and even clumsy at times lately, so Berto's best bet may be trying to outmove Shane, popping him quickly and then either tying him up or disengaging. If he does that he can pose a real problem for Mosley.

Still, my bet is that Shane manages to draw Berto into a fight up close, and breaks him down for a mid to late round TKO.

  14. Mosley by late ko, Berto is to green, dosen't impress me at all...

Margarito wasn't Taylor-made for Mosley you ******, as far as I remember the entire boxing world had Margarito winning and by KO in a fight many considered tune-up material for Margarito. Mayorga, like Margarito, is a one dimensional aggressive fighter and people based that prediction in favor of Margarito BASED ON THAT fight because Mayorga who's also aggressive nearly beat Mosley. Mosley shocked everyone and proved that Margarito is nothing but a tomato can and his aggression isn't as affective as Mayorga, yes the same Mayorga municipality waste and garbage department employees(usually hardcore fans of Margarito or Chavez Sr and Jr.) claimed is scared to death from Margarito. Not only Mayorga had issues sleeping knowing Margarito is active, apparently Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao, De La Hoya, Chavez' mother, Mosley, Trinidad, Paul Williams(yes he fought him but was drugged going to the ring just to forget that it was Margarito there and fight his usual fight without any fears), Winky Wright, Jermain Taylor, Bernard Hopkins and Wladimir Klitschko were all scared to death.

Why do you think they started divisions above welterweight?, because a certain prophet(who in reality is just another kindergarten drop-out) in Tijuana came and warned the people eons ago about a certain tornado force that will emerge and scare the living hell out of everyone. ****, I'm getting goosebumps typing this, think I better take off before it gets worse, bye.
