Why bring up another fighter who is completely irrelevant with the topic if another?

145.8?! wow. that means margarito will probably gain close to 20 pounds overnight for the fight. he should come in at around 165 come fight time.

The fighters were smaller years ago prior to the changing of weigh-in rulebook. Weigh-in used to be on fight day so they fought at that weight. After too many defaults on being too heavy (aka Castillo style), many fights were contested outside the rings. They then allowed pre-fight weigh-ins to allow better planning events.
If rules are made, people will find ways around them. Fighters now drain themselves and puff up again overnight. Get used to it because everyone has the option to do so.

    Wow, Margo made 145!

If he can keep on like this and STILL re-hydrate in a healthy manner, then he won't be stopped for years.

But he might just get outboxed tonight.

The safe bet is a repeat of Cotto-Margo. Mosley looking fantastic for a few rounds, but Margo catching up with him late. I think Shane being a veteran and a tough guy will keep him in til the end, but Margo will win a close (maybe even disputed by some) but unanimous decision. Something like 115-113.

Haha they all run when you bring up some solid facts....I mean why do people predict a ko if floyd fights pac or Tony??? Is there anything out there in any of Floyds fights to suggest Tony or Pac brings something to "knock floyd out."

The thing that gets me is they always predict _______(insert an opponent who is way bigger than PBF) to knock PBF out, but I've NEVER seen PBF knokced down, seriously hurt or KO'd by anyone! I mean, who's to say PBF doesn't have a chin like Tua & Toney?
