Mosley: Pacquiao Is "The Fastest (opponent) I Ever Fought"

My point was simply that I'm assuming that the point of this post is to say Pac is faster than Floyd (I may be wrong....but I doubt it). My point is that Floyd wasn't even the fastest guy Mosley claimed to face prior to his fight with Pac.

 

Man you know I was hung over as **** when I watched it in the cinema, but it didnt seem like pac slowed at all. I though maybe he was more cautious and showing mosely respect early

I thought pac looked faster hand speed wise than margarito, granted he wasnt landing as many 5+ combos on mosely..

I'll have to rewatch a good quality vid and rethink my opinion

Unless you're in there fighting, you wont know for sure. Only reliable source is the one involved.

 

i did. And Mosely thought DLH was faster than Floyd. You should try analyzing the factors when he fought both fighters. Floyd was fast, but he was mainly potshotting. DLH was engaging and was trading with Mosely. Mosely is obviously not referring to hand speed alone.

 

Why? I'm only quoting what Shane said, not even analyzing what he said (or even trying to figure out if I necessarily agree with him). Like I said, in an interview several months before his fight against Pacquiao he said that De La Hoya was the fastest fighter he had faced up until that time (this was after the Floyd fight). It didn't say hand speed or footspeed or manner in which each fight was fought. It was a simple question, who was the fastest fighter he fought. ODLH was his answer, not Floyd. Not analyzing his words or his fights with both I am just saying what he said.
