Infact some people can get more shook up by the big talk thats going on around them rather than physical presence.

Shane is use to physicallity. That's what he's trained for all his life, to be physical.. to give and take pain, not give or take abuse which did seem rather alien to him after watching those video's.

Floyd is just a loud, obnoxious, overbearing fast-talker who operates out of nervous energy more than anything else.

He was able to do what he did there because Shane is a quiet man who never gets caught up in trash talk. I've seen plenty of footage of Floyd stuttering and stammering and continually changing the subject to $money$ when anyone asks him the real hard questions.
