calls for floyd and margarito to fight came way too early anyway - meaning people were calling margarito a beast and the man to beat floyd before he had really beaten anyone. and because margarito is dangerous, but also because he hadn't done enough to earn the fight, it was never going to happen.

mind you, i don't think floyd would have taken the fight even if there was more incentive anyway.

You know, or you SHOULD know, why Mosley stuttered and hesitated and said that stupid ****. He knew Oscar was trying for a fight with Floyd. Him saying that he wanted to fight Floyd, gives floyd more negotiating power with Oscar because he can say that he "has other options". That was business, it was so obvious that it's silly to even bring it up now. :bart

Margo DID fight him...but I understand what you're saying. Clottey was calling him out for a while.

that doesnt actually help with negotiating because oscar's the golden goose and the biggest payday for anybody.

also, floyd senior use to say that oscar was the most talented fighter he trained so floyd was always going to fight oscar.

mosley's probably getting tired of not being heard when big fights are around though.

With that being said about Oscar and Floyd, why did Mosley turn doubt bouts with Mayweather in the past??

The point is you cant just single out Floyd when they both at one point and time turned down a bout with each other.:good

Fair is fair my dude and IMO I find it kinda wrong to just say Mayweather ducked Mosley when Mosley turned down Mayweather as well...That seems to slip some poeple minds when discussing Mayweather. I dont agree with every Mayweather moves but it takes 2 to tango.

I'm not arguing either side bro. It just bothers me wheen people bring up that specific interview, because that one can actually be explained.

That's why I get tired of everyone's "he ducked me" exuses. Let's talk about right now and why the fight can't happen. Just make it happen especially when Mosley will always take the B-side money percentage.

Fair enough...I understand your stance on this but hear me out...as a fan, it kinda erks me to see (not you but the other guy I quoted before you) posters say that Mayweather ducked Mosley when they both at one point and time turned down each other.

Mayweather gets SO MUCH un warranted **** and criticism. I'm with you on that. The guy could've stayed down at his own weights 135-140 and DOMINATED everyone, like Hopkins and Calzaghe did. But he moved to WW and won the linear title, he was fortunate that at that time Baldomir had it, but he cannot be blamed that the champ at that time was an easy win for him. He doesn't get praised for being successful, he gets criticized for not doing more up there. Unbelievable.

First: The offer they made to Judah was a good offer at this point in Zab's career.

Second: Shane needs to shut the **** up until he learns how to spell, J-o-s-h-u-a C-l-o-t-t-e-y!
