I just saw news on KO tv, that mosley is planning to retire after one more fight, and oc he's aiming at Mayweather. Can anyone verify this?

He has mentioned this a few times. I hope it's just a negotiating tactic to get Floyd to face him ASAP.

I heard this too - he said he wants to train his son for the 2008 Olympics

...but how many fighters say they are going to hang up the gloves only to come back right after and continue fighting?

Yeah thats true, Mosley is one of those guys who loves this sport more than anything, it would be a shame to loose such a great fighter.

I'm not worried. He'll keep fighting.

He likes the sport too much.

That's the word. Winner of M-H, Spinks, or Simms would be great from a diehard's perspective. But of course Mayweather is the one he wants and deserves for legacy (and the money wouldn't be too shabby either)

I expect Mosley to fight a real big name...probably either Margarito or Cotto in his last one. Something to go out with a bang on.

Something tells me he'd beat both, actually.

Damn his resume says 10 losses (should be 11 as ODLH beat him in the rematch). I would never want a career record with losses in the double digits.

I'd bet Antonio Margarito would LOVE a rematch to get his hands on his PED's soaked azz. Have VADA do the testing & Tony would make Steroid Shane rue the day
