That is one thing I never really understood about State Athletic Commissions overturning wins, I mean Pot is in no way, shape or form helping anyone win a fight. It hurts your lungs, makes you hungry, and kills brain cells, in noway helping someone fight. So why do they care if Pot is in a person's system?

 

That is politricks. Recreational substances could be optional, but where would you draw the line? If a guy takes a drink? a line? The easiest way is to follow drug laws first THEN cover PEDs.
