No. He is a great fighter and a top 100 OAT guy IMO, but Bernard Hopkins is the best fighter of this generation and one win over Antonio Margarito is not enough to change that. De La Hoya should've got the decision 2nd time out v Shane who may have been roided at the time, that damages his standing in my eyes.
Mosley is up there but probbaly not the best of our generation, had he avenged the losses to Forrest and Wright, maybe so.
He did recently lose to Cotto; granted Cotto lost to Margarito, but that is his only loss. That is just the current sitaution, when you count all the great fighters of this generation you can't call call Mosley the clear #1.
