Pac gets stick saying he should have fought one of the 3 instead of Mosley. How do you see it Playing out with Mosley vs the 3 mentioned. I see them all 50/50 fights with Mosley been slight favourite in all 3. Thoughts? On a side note Marquez vs Mosey would be a great clash of styles
This is also a better more dangerous fight than people give credit for. Shane's bigger - joint biggest Pac's faced, the fastest he's faced since JMM, the biggest hitter he's ever faced, arguably the most skilled in a while, and the best right hand since JMM and Pac is open to the right
IMO he'd beat bradley up in a boring UD. Don't think Berto has the experience yet to win bu it would probably be closer. Marquez - Mosley I would not miss (not that I miss any of JMM's fights). I think Mosley might still win because of size but you never know with JMM. Probably depend on the weight (catchweight?).
You know, it's strange. Pac is getting flack for not facing Berto, who most people think won't necessarily do better against Pacquiao than Mosley. In addition to that, most would probably give Berto credit for stepping up against Mosley if it were him taking the fight. :conf We all know Mosley's not what he was by a long shot, but he's still a top name welterweight, even according to Ring, who also called this fight "shameful". Since when is fighting a top ten fighter in your division "shameful"? I'm not keen on the match-up, as I think a Mosley victory would probably only result in the bigger man just catching the significantly smaller man with the right punch and I'd prefer Pac fight a Bradley or Berto, but, I've yet to run this down, regardless.
I think its because mosley doesnt deserve the fight because he hasnt looked good for a year now. Plus it gives pac a image of cherrypicking money fights vs over the hill hof'fighters and fighting floyds leftovers. fighting someone who isnt on a winning streak rarely gets you credit. Therefore pac would have gotten more credit vs berto then mosley even if people favour shane to win this fight vs berto.
Mosley loses to Bradley and JMM by decision. He gets way more credit than deserved - at this point in his career, his name is the only thing getting him in the ring with the top fighters. Berto would be interesting but he would probably lose that fight, too - depending on which Berto shows up.
Going from his last 2 performances its easy. They all beat him. Berto is just too fast and will be beating him to the punch. Yes there will be scares since Mosley has power and thats the last thing to go. Bradley will just outhustle Mosley. Beating him on the clinch and on activity. Mosley just isnt fast or fresh enough to beat Bradley anymore JMM beats MOsley in a FOTY contender if not the FOTY. MOsleys come forwards style would be perfect for JMM. Even then MOsleys defense is not that great so JMM beats him in a tight decision which JMM does hit the canvas. Before everyone goes criticizing this just got 2 words for you. Sergio Mora.
