I think Berto has much guts to take on Mosley, but he is definitely in trouble. His "0" is going to go. I just hope he does not get damaged if it goes into a war.

Agreed, if the fight happens then kudos to Berto for taking the fight; there are far too many fighters out there at the moment who think winning a world title and defending it a million times is enough. That said, I reckon Mosley will school him similar to the way B-Hop schooled Pavlik last year. Mosley wide UD.

Nah. Not going to be similar really. It will be like Mosley vs. Margarito, except Berto has a weaker chin. If Mosley comes out like he did in that fight, he knocks Berto clean out in early to mid rounds.

If Berto wants to be considered one of the big boys ( elite ), then he needs to fight SSM. I don't think he's ready though. He needs to vastly improve his defense if he is to have a chance of winning against SSM.

I'm beginning to think the Berto we see is the Berto we get. I don't think he's going to really improve his defense. He is the fighter he is. He has a title, so really there's no room to keep "getting ready" for world class opposition. Once he got a title, he has to be ready to take on anyone, as I see it.

By 'similar' I meant expose if you get my drift. Berto is a good belt holder; Mosley is world class. The difference will be prevalent on fightnight.

Ah, in the sense that Mosley will outclass Berto, sure. I get you now. Yes, Mosley is going to lay a beating on Berto if this fight happens. I have very little doubt of it.

I don't believe Berto wants any part of Shane, at least not for a few more years. This fight should happen but I doubt it will.

I got Berto. yes Mosley is the Favorite but this is one of those fights where if Berto has a chance to be great, this is it. I think he shows up, get droped, but gets up and wins the fight in a close decision. Mosley has trouble with boxers, and Berto can match his speed so it should be a classic

Mosley will win this fight easily enough.

Mosley by mid to late TKO. Berto's chin is suspect, to say the least. He is also easily hit, and Shane is much stonger and just as fast, if not faster.

If Berto tries to brawl, he goes to sleep early.

THis should be a good fight. Both fighters have speed but mosley hits harder and can take a punch. I see mosley winning this by tko.
