I never changed my opinion about him needing a rest, where did I say that he should fight this year?, the "need a rest" part was regarding taking this year off. About mentioning Williams, I intentionally mention him to ******s like JMM22 who talk down about the guy and completely deny his win over Margarito like it never happened.

This has nothing to do with Margarito's time off.

I made it clear to you, the "make him wait" excuse is PURE BULL**** and is nothing but an excuse on a fool would believe. It's more like "Wait for me to make some money please" than "Wait, you turned me down before :|". Sadly you wouldn't want to admit it because you could be Margarito's little sister for all I care. Point is a rematch with a guy that beat him(Williams) is far better in terms of legacy(isn't that how you promote him to be?) than a fight with Mosley or a man he already beat in Cotto. You know well enough that it's money behind this but feel like it's going to hurt your ass admitting it, which is why you end up getting thrashed to pieces in discussions.

 

Not really a case of approving, just saw a thread where Arum openly stated that both Cotto and Margarito will rest for the year and I contributed by saying they deserve it. Margarito taking a break had nothing to do with my post in this thread, it was nothing but a wake-up call for someone in denial(JMM22) about Williams needing to "Wait".

 

Didnt Mayweather do that to Margarito saying he needed to build his name up and basically saying wait your turn? "I am making smart business decisions." Thats what he said to Margarito when he approached him. :good
