The more I think about it, I'd have to say it would be Mayweather against Mosley. Based on their mainstream, worldwide appeal. Yes Pacquiao is very popular, but it seems the vast majority of his fanbase is out of the Phillipines, where I've heard Pac's fights are aired free. Nothing against the flips but if that weren't true, due to the economic situation there, I'm guessing not many would buy PPV's.
Shane and Floyd are both Americans, so it would be a wildly popular fight here in the states. Also, I would like to think that most core boxing fans believe this to be the more competetive fight out of the two.
    Please, vote and discuss.

Currently Pacquiao, however, if Mayweather and Mosley can keep up feuding with each other they could come close in PPV sales.

Based on prior numbers and fight attendance, I'd say this question is rather rhetorical.

    Pac :deal

Not even close, Pac has made fans throught out all of asia and has many in Europe now. Mayweather vs Pac will be one of the best fights in the last decade. It might double or triple MOsely vs Mayweather

What I've experienced, when talking to the casual fan is that Manny is not nearly as popular as Shane. Maybe its just me.
I will stand by it and say that Mosley is Floyd's money fight right now based on mainstream appeal. Also, Mosley is better able to promote the fight as he is a partner in Goldenboy and can hype/talk trash in perfect English Vs. ohhh......uummmmm.......you knoooww....

Pac/May makes the most money. Mosley/May would be the better fight.

I respectfully disagree. MP is more popular worldwide than Mosley. A lot of people want to see FMJ lose and a lot of people want to see Pac lose. That, IMO, is why Pac/FMJ will be a bigger fight than FMJ/Mosley and thus bringing in more PPV buys.

That may be the truth as I'm just speaking strictly from an American point of view. I just feel the bulk of the promotion and profit is made here in the states(again my narrow point of view) and since both are American and English speaking, I put together the assumption that it would be the more profitable fight of the two. Just curious what everyone else thinks and to further my own personal agenda of watching Floyd fight Shane.

Word on that. I think both fights are competetive but Floyd really needs a career defining fight to show what he's really made of. So far, he's had a couple of huge showcase style "events" where he hasn't truly been tested.
