Lost a close decision against Cotto and beat an over the hill Vargas twice and B grade fighters Collazo and Mayorga.

What are the odds on a MW by UD anyway?? I can only find head to head odds. If it's anything close to around $1.70 I think it's easy money.

I think Mayweather will win rather easily. Shane gets too wild when he gets going, Mayweather has the defence and sharpness to make Shane look silly. Shane could only win if he keeps it tight and flurries to win rounds with a focus on bodyshots. Floyd has a 95% chance of winning this one in my mind.
