Mosley is training for Jan30 against Berto until the sad incident in Haiti occured,Floyd was suppose to fight Pac in March,had the deal fell thru Floyd would have been training by now,really good training takes 4-5 weeks so why it can happen in February,if this fight would not happen in Feb Shane would have to stop his training till a deal is signed and a date is agreed upon if it didn't happen in Feb it should be 03/21 or 03/27 just anxious.
Mayweather hasn't entered into a full camp yet and they need to do a media tour. March 13 is a tight fit, but February isn't possible.
Promotion. It takes time to promote a fight. With the amount of money that both side will want , it will take a big PPV buy to make a profit. That will require lots and lots of promotion.
