Mosley vs Trinidad would've been WAR.

I agree amigo, would have been a hell of a night of boxing!!!! i could just picture it big screen t.v , cooler full of zimas and wine coolers and twister to celebrate the tito win............artytime

 

He did...but that's the only thing he had that was better than Trinidad..yea, they're both come forward fighters, but that's where the comparison ends...Shane would not be able to dominate Tito in the same fashion..he could win sure, but nowhere near as easily as he did with Margo..

 

Even if Margarito has a better chin, he don't have the power and better boxing skills then Trinidad though.

i favor moseley in this fight bc of moseley combitnation and reflexes. I think Moseley has the beard to handle trinidad's punching power. Having said that.........he has the slight edge.

for all the tito fans, other than the jab how does Titto beat shane. Shane can slug and box. Also, Tito has been on the canvas like 100 times in his career, i think shane can hurt Tito.

I remeeber, Tito almost buckled from Winky Wrights jab.

 

Bingo...Shane would have to worry about the incoming punches, which he really didn't have to vs. Margarito, he let it all hang out...he would have to be much more careful in dealing with Tito's power...Tito UD or late TKO..

 

And except for one time, he got up to KTFO every single one of his opponents.

 

Fact. I'd stil pull for Mosely though.

 

Mosley can slug and box but he's no defensive wizard like Hopkins and Mosley don't put his guard up like Wright. Has Mosley ever faced a fighter with the power like Trinidad before? The answer is simply no.

 

100 Times? lol. When Trinidad was undefeated, everytime Trinidad gets knockdown, he always get up to win by tko. Most of the knockdowns were flash ones.

 

YES! but he has had like 9 flask knockdown? a flash knockdown happens once in a while...but 9 times? he is glass jaw bro. Imgaine a flash Knockdown against shane, shane is great finisher bro.

The flash knockdowns happened early in fights when he was off balance and not settled into the fight yet. Hopkins and Vargas are probably the only guys who ever truly hurt him.

I'd take Tito to win more often then not, either a late stoppage or a clear UD after hurting Shane several times. Trinidad had pinpoint accuracy, mixed to the body and head very well, and brutal power in both hands, and it's Mosley's style to trade and get into exchanges with his opponents. He simply leaves himself too open to beat someone as precise and powerful as Trinidad. Mosley very well could drop Tito along the way, but he isn't stopping him or winning the fight imo.

 

dude....shane and tito are the consummate professionals. through sparring or fight experience they have been in whit all types of fighters. i dnot compare tito to margarito or dont compare, well who do we compare shane too. and for those who say that tito hits harder than vernon forrest, welll thesr are just crap statements. When you are in the in the ring...is not about just having power, its being able to setup up the powr shot. u can land a hard punch with no effect, but land softer pucnh with more effect bc of the right angle and leverage, or timing. i say this from RING experience.

based on the analysis of each fighters attributes....i just think that shane has many more. so unless you think trinidad is gonna KO shane than i just dont see how tito outboxes or outhustles shane, especially since shane has a good chin.

 

Trinidad easily hits harder then Forrest. Trinidad in his prime at ww would ko Mayorga in which Forrest couldn't even hurt Mayorga. Trinidad have lost to 3 fighters Hopkins, Wright, Jones ( when Tito was coming off close to 2 years layoff and Tito was a shot fighter at that time). Beside Jones, Hopkins, Wright are defensive genious. <<<<I can't say the same for Mosley.

 

i would not say rjj is a defensive ''genious'' its his amazing athletesism or his reflexes that allowed him to not take alot of damage
