Mosley vs Vernon Forrest

Forrest is shot. His shoulder is hamburger meat. Mosley would beat his ass this time and it wouldn't mean much because he couldn't beat him in his prime.

The Latin fake beat him for gods sake.

 

Forrest don't got it anymore. Look at his recent fights. He is very inconsistent. You never know which one will show up. He can look good (vs Baldomir, vs Mora part 2) or he can look awful (vs Mora part 1, vs Quartey)

I think Mosley beats him this time. The first fight was an obvious Forrest victory. The second fight was a close fight that could've gone either way IMO. The third fight Mosley will handily beat Forrest :bbb

 

I don't want to see this fight.

It's like asking if we want to see him fight Wright too.

He had his rematches and lost them - he's moved on - so should you.

 

sounds good. mosley / floyd sounds pretty sweet as well, although i really dont care to see mayweather come back.

 

Forrest isn't the same fighter he once was, Mosley would kill him.....

Naw I would not pay for this fight. Mosley at 154 isnt that great and he would lose even worse..

 

Forrest definitly wants a 3rd fight. Mosley doesn't.

 

People would bet all their money on Forrest, because Forrest has Mosely's number and Mosely knows it, therefore there won't be a trilogy.

 

Not really. Seems like Forrest has his number yet Mosley is better. Similar to Hearns/Barkley. Yet Mosley is a HOF fighter and Forrest is not.

 

I'm with yu, PH. I'd pay to see it.

I'd love to see Mosely pull it off this time.

 

It was hard to watch Forrest send Mosely to the canvas in that first fight...he was takin' crazy-ass shots to the face n' ****. **** Dat! I wanna watch Sugar whip that boyz ass.

 

Even today I'd favor Vernon...STYLES MAKE FIGHTS AND THIS IMO IS A BAD FIGHT FOR SUGAR SHANE...HE GOT BEAT X2 IN THE PROS AND X1 IN THE AMETUERS BY FORREST!:bbb

 

Mosley is old . . . going back up to 154 at this point will not be beneficial for his body.

 

It's conceivable Mosley could win, as Forrest has slipped. Nothing for Forrest to gain here except money (I guess that counts for quite a bit). In terms of resume, a third win over Mosley does little for Forrest. For Mosley it would be an avenged loss, something he doesn't have on his resume, but the Cotto win would be worth much more since Forrest has slipped.
