I think Floyd just has so many different tools at his disposal that whatever Mosley tries Floyd will catch on to and adapt accordingly.

I think Shane is not smart enough to beat Mayweather and is also not smart/calm enough to execute whatever Nazim Richardsons plan is..... For 12 rounds.

Sooner or later he will simply try and brawl and thats when Floyd will start making him pay for his wild swings.

Forrest is an A class fighter who didn't only have Mosley's number, but had reach, power, speed, chin and serious skills. Mosley tried twice and clearly fell short, there is nothing he could have done to change results in that fight.

The Cotto fight, however, he fought a completely wrong style. He waited too long and allowed Cotto to get into his rhythm and fight from the outside slowly out-boxing him and not giving him the distance he needs to land his punches with the snap he needs to. When he fought aggressive, sadly he decided to late, he had Cotto in serious trouble but still didn't follow up as he should have. The Cotto fight was a close one, it wasn't a clear loss like the Forrest or Wright losses. A rematch with Cotto would have probably been a different result IF he decided to use his aggressive style and pressure to win it which he surely has and can. I picked Mosley to win that one expecting him to fight aggressive, sadly he went in there trying to box almost the entire night even when he was losing. He clearly could have taken his punches I have no idea why he insisted on waiting.

Anyway, Mayweather's style doesn't match Forrest's or Cotto's, this is a completely different fighter with a different style so no one knows Mosley's chances till we see the actual fight. We all know both guys can adapt, both can go aggressive if they're forced to and both can fight defensive if they're forced to and successful at, that's what makes it interesting. We all know that Mosley punches hard too and WILL land, don't forget that Marquez and Hatton both landed good solid punches on Mayweather, if they can then Mosley sure as hell can too.
